Code for America’s annual Impact Report contained powerful mission-driven stories, but the long-form format and once-yearly promotion cycle meant these compelling narratives had limited reach and visibility.

My Strategy
I developed a social media campaign to repurpose Impact Report content into engaging, shareable stories that could drive brand awareness throughout the year. Collaborating with a designer, I leveraged Canva’s multimedia animation features to transform static content into dynamic visual narratives that would capture attention and increase engagement.
